-Great family feel to our clinic. Love my boss and peers including CCS. All supportive. -Higher ups are very approachable. Open door policy. -For the most part, continuity of care. -Most of the PT/PTA’s have their strong therapy expertise and are more than helpful -Free CEUs for Orthopedic, Pelvic Health and Vestibular certifications with an increase in pay once certified

Cons

-Each clinic has a different way of doing things -WebPT and interrupted WiFi can be frustrating -Starting pay can be low but the insurance is paid by Fyzical so really it’s not a con so much -Can get really busy with dovetailed treatments if using modalities so little time for documentation especially if there is a lot of hands-on ( but that’s the norm with healthcare)

Pros

I enjoyed my coworkers as well as the patient population. The EMR was easy enough.

Cons

We never had a good front office person. Long hours I started when it was locally owned and really enjoyed it. When corporate took over, things went downhill and we weren't given things we were promised.
