I hired on as a PTA, yet I was expected to sell extra services. Management is toxic. Low pay.

supportive co-workers interdisciplinary team work with all types of pediatric conditions work alongside the families to provide care for kids

Cons

not supported by management "fake" appreciation acts (thumbs up, lunch for being the highest productive) feel like they are cutting corners to make themselves a quick buck over worked, under paid
