      No communication from the higher ups or from clinic to clinic. None. Hard to advance or get a raise.

      If you want a great atmosphere with autonomy

      The atmosphere, autonomy, great vib, competitive wage, and software platform for EMR(WebPT) is extremely user-friendly, & you work in a bright open gym with nothing but windows to let the New Mexico sunlight in.

      Cons

      Limited benefits- employer pays 50% health insurance & vision. No dental or retirement plan currently.
