Pros

I like the fact that you can tell that the leaders and decision makers truly care. They are always trying to find ways to make things more efficient.

Cons

not enough staff to support the load. Patients are always upset because we do not have room on the schedule for follow ups. The clinic staff get mad at us when we try to fill cancels or no shows even though we are held responsible for filling the schedule.
