Working with the other therapists and working 4x10s.

Cons

The owners do not know how to handle conflicts, be transparent, support their employees, be present in the workplace, or run an ethical business. They have tried to make former employees commit insurance fraud and when they refused and quit, they fired them. Hannah (co-owner) constantly lies to staff, from the interview process to people who have been with the company for years. Turnover is extremely high and pay is low. The workload is high and scheduling is chaotic. They will schedule you a client the day of without telling you and it being the first time you see the client. They do not follow HIPAA guidelines with unlocked filing cabinets, not clearing previous information on work laptops, and front desk speaking about patient information in front of others in the waiting room. They withhold clients who need to be discharged as the owners say “everyone needs OT.”
