Flexible schedule, the office is nice.

Cons

Lack of training, there is no sign on bonus or no bonus in general. No health insurance, no 401k .There is no room to advance. Limited providers. The owner is also a physical therpist,making two that work for the company which is incredibly difficult to schedule. The owner takes off early for golf,dance, school and vacation which leaves little opening for patients and limited-not consistent hours for admin staff.

Fun work environment and good experience if you are interested in the PT profession.

Cons

No respect from management, treated as if you are disposable and no room for advancement. Asked for a raise after 2.5 years and was denied, although I had consistently gone above and beyond my job description.

The physical therapists were all great.

Cons

The 3 doctors that own the practice which is in the same suite and the PT room are all very selfish and cheap. Raises are low no matter how hard you work. Also Wendy the office manager is always in a bad mood. There is no HR (Wendy is the HR unfortunately).
