Pros
The designers and programmers that work here are great, and they help to make the working environment tolerable. Every once in awhile we'll get an interesting project, but anything that made it relatively exciting is soon destroyed by owner or our client.
Cons
For starters in a long list of problems, we only have one client. Communication is a disaster, which leads to numerous problems while working on projects, including deadlines which cause us to stay at work well beyond normal hours. Combine that with limited sick & vacation days, Zero bonuses & raises, and it begins to paint a picture of how awful it is to work here long term.
