      Pros

      Flexible schedule, extremely generous employee discount, easy to learn.

      Cons

      Upper management discourages and monitors whether or not we make friends with each other. They strongly dislike this. I feel like maybe it's because they don't want people to band together if they wanted to protest for lack of a better word.
