Pros

-decent salary. - fun clothes and discount.

Cons

-guess it could depend on your RD(because they don’t use DMs LOL) -they use a ranking system and do take in account people have different demographics but if you aren’t a top 5 they don’t consider you an SM. -stores are pretty beat up but they remodel good ones. -RDs are pretty toxic and use favoritism to get their way. -zero trust in running your building. -varsity events? They want you to go to cheerleading comps to sell LOL.

Pros

-Very supportive team members who become friends outside of work -Diversity is truly celebrated and ingrained in the culture -Flexible work schedule (Monday and Friday wfh). They truly value work/life balance from the top down -Offices are well-maintained with subsidized breakfast and lunch options -Great benefits including 70% off all merchandise -Weekly huddles where the CEO and other leaders are ultra-transparent about company goals and performance -Monthly opportunities to participate in extracurriculars like volunteering, cooking classes, workout sessions, crafting, etc. -Very fun and elaborate happy hour events and parties -Being on the 'right' side of history when it comes to political views and willingness to donate to and support certain causes -Very generous discretionary PTO (I have never been denied but this can depend on your team) -Lots of opportunity for career growth and to explore different paths once you prove you are a good worker

Cons

-Can be a little bit cliquey if you are not outgoing and 'get in' with a group of friends right away -Business decisions are sometimes questionable -Favoritism is real -You can definitely find the same job at a different company for higher pay

Not the supportive culture it claims to be

Pros

The office space is nice and well-maintained and the benefits package is generally solid. The brand itself is well known and there are talented people across teams. On paper, the hybrid schedule and discretionary PTO sound appealing and are good ideas in theory.

Cons

The work environment is extremely stressful and often toxic. Layoffs happen frequently which creates ongoing instability and anxiety across teams. While leadership often speaks optimistically about the company’s direction, the reality for employees is a constant sense of uncertainty. Workloads are consistently overwhelming, making it difficult to take time off despite having discretionary PTO. Although the company promotes a hybrid work model, flexibility is applied inconsistently and often feels dependent on favoritism, with some employees allowed significantly more remote flexibility than others. Compensation is below market compared to similar roles at other companies which makes the expectations and workload feel unreasonable.
