-A great environment, the focus is on how to create the best environment for the team members as well as the guests. -Easy to communicate with higher-ups, there's no one you can't talk with! -Extremely flexiblee PTO, because everyone enjoys the work they're doing this policy never gets abused and it's always easy to get time off. -They always select the best people to fill in the jobs. Rarely do you have someone above you who hasn't earned their role or doesn't bring a lot of experience to it.

Cons

-Work/Life balance can sometimes get messy during peak times or if there are issues with staffing. You have to speak up to make sure you're not being overworked. -Overall the few issues I had with the company or management were swiftly resolved and always closed to favor the team for the best outcome.

Pros

The company handled the 2020 shut down amazingly. Averaging pay and moving some to online customer service positions until stores could open back up. Free outfit every month. Nice discount. One of the BEST teams I’ve ever been a part of.

Cons

Pay could definitely improve. Time off is easily requested, but in retail, there is little work/ life balance
