Pros

Great office environment - learned a lot working here, they stay up to date with current industry trends. Very talented employees, and able to grow within the company. Great leadership, and have weekly team meetings that really help the company process.

Cons

Only con would be the culture is a little extreme sometimes.

Great perks and plenty of them! 401K match and equity for all corporate employees were just added in the past 6 months. Positive morale and work/life balance on some teams (including my own), but I know this is not consistent across the board. Several teams need more headcount and better processes to meet executive demands.

Cons

Some teams really struggle with workload and a lack of direction. Maybe this will improve when we return to office, but maybe not. The company is growing very quickly and this is leading to some serious burnout and turnover.
