      Pros

      Excellent communication with management, and a real people first attitude throughout the ranks. A real sense of what can we do better as well,

      Cons

      Some of the updates and feedback can get a little on the micromanaging side, but it is for a reason. Similarly, the pivots can be a bit sharp at times, but it lets you know they are watching the business.

      Pros

      culture can be a hit or miss, at times there are uplifting co-workers. hybrid, if that's what you're looking for-- 3 days in office, 2 wfh. company discount is a perk, can range from 50-70% off. DPTO is a nice perk

      Cons

      no flexibility-- must work 9-5 and be in office T/W/TH. leaders may not always have your best interest in growth opportunities workload can be astronomical and you might work with incompetent people-- some leaders don't believe in PIPs and can cause friction between teammates compensation is skimpy, don't expect to get paid well
