      Pros

      Great company overall. for full time you get benefits. Health insurance, dental, and vision. You also get quarterly bonuses depending on how much you sell.

      Cons

      High turnover rate of store managers. My first manager either quit or was fired on my first day working there. Didn’t have a manager for the first two months. Then got a new manager. That Manager was very nasty which is why I left.
