GM doesn't track when you come to work

Cons

One of the new planners is a bully. He yells and screams all the time and uses demeaning language. He thinks he is the smartest person in the building and that he doesn't have to follow any rules. He is disrespectful to the other managers.

Fabrinet will protect and promote their employees and compensate employees, if the employee perform well.

Cons

The downside is they work you down to the bone due to low margin business. No doubt there will be expectation to work long hours and weekend as needed to get the job done.
