Pros

Salary is not as bad as other companies, you can make your peace with it for a while. They provide food and transport. Managers are helpful, they listen to you and always approve leaves unless there is actually a threshold issue.

Cons

Work is not as exciting as one might think. It is repetitive and gets monotonous really soon. For long term, there is nothing exciting, no crazy salary hikes or abroad opportunities. Rare that someone moves into consulting or front office. But smart people can use this opportunity as a great experience to make a move into IB or asset management.
