This company is very good at taking care of the employees. Free food, drinks, etc. Cool events during work hours. Not too much pressure from upper management

Low Salary, no bonus, no increase, even though the company as a whole is doing well.

Pros

Work Life balance - not much work to do if you are not proactive; Friendly enviroment - people typically are nice and helpful; Flexible work Good for new grad to learn and grow

Cons

Work Life balance: yeah i mean it. There is no much work to do whether you are paid 100000 or 400000. If your team manager or the department head are not proactive and has no clear goals, the whole team deliever nothing for several months; I don't hink this will be sustainable. Time will tell. Underpaid: easily get salary bump by at least 30% Lack of clear vision and strong leadership
