good work life balance. remote work.

Cons

-Family issues and mental health are not considered. Profits before people. --They talk whatever is cool, and pretend to care about their employees, but when it comes to it, their profit matters most. For example they cliam to be champions of mental health, but have no idea how to deal with it internally. Another example they claim to be diverse, when the entire board and executive is white -No career progression -Poor pay -Fake CEO
