OK for college leavers, but move on after 2/3 years

Pros

- Relaxed environment - Working from home - Free lunch

Cons

- Career progression is non-existent - Stuck in a cube all day long - Salary increases are small and as there are no promotions, how are you going to get a higher salary. - PD skills aren't transferable to another company

It's a good place for if you're not very ambitious, and I think they make an effort to find those types of people anyway.
