      Great starting position for Graduates

      Pros

      Good place for fresh graduates to start with, have good starting salary and steep learning curve. Got your book accounts to manage at a very early stage of career,

      Cons

      Not transparent promotion scheme, low pay acceleration even if you got promoted, culture depends a lot on which team you are at. Some office politics tho generally looks fine. Prospect is unclear now with a lot of hiring freezes.

      Pros

      People are super nice, very supportive, and there is a lot of work flexibility and great work life balance.

      Cons

      Comp could be higher and more transparent. Higher level decisions sometimes feel quite arbitrary. Certain processes are very slow and admin heavy, and it feels like there is less room for creativity or new ideas.
