The culture is great, you are treated like an adult and given plenty of leeway. If you do your work and meet your deadlines then you'll be very comfortable at FactSet.

Cons

You'll have to deal with very old, obscure, poorly-documented code and procedures. Project deadlines are often unrealistic in regards to dealing with this fact and overtime is often needed in order to meet your goals. There is also a lack of advancement opportunities.
