As a fresher you get exposure to how an MNC works. No micromanagement

Growth is just a buzz word. Managers encourage their own kind even if they are not a team-player/takes days for a single reply. For highest rating to be achieved the Lead asks us to do something out of the box but for his pet it is the work that is assigned which when completed is out of the box so highest rating. Too much of politics as people have been staying for more than 10+ years.
