Slow Career Progression: Advancement opportunities can be limited, as the requirements are often not flexible and typically require a minimum number of years of experience for each level. Low Salary: The salary levels may not be competitive compared to industry standards. Management Issues: There were many changes in management during my time, which negatively affected my team. People often had to take on the responsibilities of multiple roles to accommodate these changes.
