Pros

If you don't work at the corporate office, the culture is very different. I love the very relaxed environment.

Cons

Upper Management tells management what to do, then does a song and dance to get around it. Safety is a moderate concern in the warehouse.

Pros

Very flexible work hours. I've had several instances that cause me to have to either come in late or leave early for personal reasons. You automatically start to accrue sick time and vacation which is 2 weeks right from the start.

Cons

Some people working here are temps and just don't care so it's a lot of picking up after others while staying on top of your own tasks. Management is very passive aggressive.
