Pros
The people I work with, If you are a driver you get to work by yourself most of the time.
Cons
Unsafe environment expected to lift heavy boxes and take loads of boxes without a dolly provided. Poor vehicle maintenance most vehicles have cracked windows or other problems that are not fixed. They also expect you to make deliveries close to closing time in your own personal vehicle without compensation for gas or paying you overtime which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Management also shows favoritism in who they give what routes and work load to. You will never be praised in this company when you do something right, you will only be singled out when you do something wrong no matter how minor it is. It's a chaotic unsafe work environment that I would not recommend to anyone.
