Pros

The contract drivers were great to work with and we kept each other going in the hard times and rough stuff

Cons

unsafe, unorganized,favoritism, no 15 minute breaks that are required by law, unsafe delivery vehicles worried about saving money for managers pocket than putting correct safety measures in place, some managers tell you about advancement when it has passed and make the decision for you whether they want you to advance

Pros

1) I was fortunate enough to be able to get out. 2) the relatonships that were built with coworkers and customers. 3) my regional manager tried to stand up for his people.

Cons

First off, I'm not writing this review to be catty. I just don't want anyone to make the same mistake that I did. There are so many cons that I don't know where to start so I'll focus on the biggest problem. Nepotism! If you aren't in the clique there is no hope for you. It doesn't matter how much your sales grow, how good your relationships with your customers are, how well you control cost or how safe and clean your location is. If one of the golden boys has a problem with you, right or wrong, they will make your life hell. No one from upper management will ask for your side of the story and you damn sure better not offer it. There are alot of knowledgeable people working for this company, however, if you're not in their group you don't dare share any of your knowledge or ideas. It's such a waste of talent. As I said in the beginning the nepotism is just the biggest problem. Scroll through some of the other reviews. Most of them are very legitimate.
