Most of the staff has been there over 30 years which says a lot for the firm. They are always showing their employees how much they appreciate the hard work they do. It was a pleasure to go into the office every day. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help with whatever was needed. I liked working for my immediate manager. She was extremely knowledgable in her field, and I was constantly learning.

The relationships between staff and people in supervisory positions (managers, attorneys, etc.) are cordial and friendly, and an atmosphere of respect towards support staff is (successfully) encouraged amongst attorneys. Most support staff there adopt a cooperative and not solitary nature towards work (i.e., they are willing to lend a hand). The support facilities are very useful to secretarial staff (e.g., document production, proofreading, copy center) and technological innovations are used to make the job easier (e.g., PDF scanners, templates, Web applications used for certain tasks). The cafeteria features a gorgeous view and is pleasantly appointed. Benefits are competitive (health, dental, vision, transit, 401(k), life).
