Understaffed. Administration does not value their employees. You get disrespected often. Scheduling is awful. During the snow storms instead of administration coming and helping the understaffed units they sat in their offices threatening all the employees who refused to risk their lives to come to work in horrible weather. 11-7 supervisors are inexperienced and unqualified. You get suspended and written up for any and everything. Stay clear of this place. They do nut drug test people show up to work drunk and high. They hire any and everybody off the street. I fell bad for the residents here

Oh where to start...how about we are constantly working under staff and management is oblivious to the fact we are have to slave to get our work finished just to written up for not emptying a linen cart.. really?? I just wiped 17 butts in less that 2 hours get realistic!
