      Great Company with Room to Grow!

      Pros

      I worked at FairWarning for 3 years and I have to say this company is an incredible place to be. Being fresh out of college when I started, I was given many promotions and moved up very quickly. The culture is very family oriented and they truly do care about their team members. It is very fast paced, so many can't keep up or don't want to put in the effort to work hard, be a contributor, and prove themselves. I loved my team and got along well with everyone in the company. The staff here are by far some of the smartest people I know. PTO and vacation are separated which is nice because when you're sick, you don't have to dip into your vacation time. Flex hours are also available which is awesome!

      Cons

      Only reason I left was for advancement opportunity. Some teams are larger and are given opportunity to become leaders, but my team was one of the smallest in the company; Therefore, I didn't see a clear path to leadership/management. Many reviews mention that there is "no HR" and while this may seem true, they are a small company and do a great job managing the staff they have and don't need a huge "HR Team". There are spurts of change/stress that don't seem to make sense, so maybe having more transparency from the top-down would help curve these negative reviews.

      Pros

      FairWarning has been fantastic for my career and the atmosphere is amazing. The culture is unlike any other company I have been with and the team is extremely talented and fun to work with. FairWarning consistently rewards top performers. I could not be happier, I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. The opportunities going into the future here are incredible.

      Cons

      Those who want to just simply have "a job" and do the minimum required will not be happy here.

      Pros

      Not sure what some of these people are on who post these good reviews. Place is not good to work. Some members of leadership are extremely helpful and great. While other lower level managers are just the opposite. Do not work here.
