I left a job and company that I loved in order to move home to Florida. Even during the interview process, I knew that FairWarning was different from most workplaces. The interview process is difficult and time-consuming but definitely worth it. I spoke with HR over the phone, spoke with the Managed Privacy Services manager over the phone, then met the MPS Manager, the Director, and the Chief Culture Officer. After that? I met with Kurt, the CEO, and received an offer shortly thereafter. I work as a Privacy Analyst and I love everything about this position. FairWarning provides a great team/collaboration environment while fostering skills and drive in every individual employee to exceed their goals. I have my own list of customers that I support daily and I have been encouraged since day one to work on my own projects. If I think something can be done better or more efficiently, management is all ears and willing to listen to suggestions and make the necessary changes. I am always happy to come to work and I learn something new every day. Management is great. I have never had a problem taking time off for a doctor's appointment or for car trouble. I had the flu and few months ago and everyone encouraged me to take some time off and recover. The PTO policy may sound strict but personally, I love having my PTO time and my vacation separate. It allows me to take the time I need when I'm sick and I know I will still be able to enjoy my vacation. You'll hear a lot about the culture here and although it sounds cliche, it's anything but. Everyone here is 100% genuine and authentic. Our holiday party was awesome and a great way to show my boyfriend the amazing group of people that I work with. We also work with several charities throughout the year and celebrate most holidays together in the office. Managed Privacy Services is growing quickly and I am looking forward to what the future holds for us. I couldn't ask for better management and I feel that the opportunities are endless. You must be motivated and willing to work hard but everything that you put in will be rewarded.

I have worked at FairWarning for a little less than a year and a half. First, I was not prompted, asked, or forced to write a review. Nor have I EVER heard of anyone being forced to write a review. I absolutely love working for FairWarning. Hard work is rewarded and compensated. I have worked hard and maintained a positive attitude and in less than a year received a promotion. I have also received multiple raises. I feel that I am fairly compensated for my work. Additionally, I always feel valued, cared for and respected. I feel as if my work matters and is important to many people, which is fulfilling in itself. Management is always looking for ways to grow our team members through training and certifications. They also develop success plans for team members to lay a path for growth and higher achievement. The growth that I have experienced at FairWarning in a short period of time has been exceptional. I love coming to work each day and I truly enjoy being around the company of my coworkers. Negative reviews are honestly disheartening, as I know every member of my management team strives to ensure happiness and productivity among all team members.
