Cons

At one time FairWarning was the leader in their industry. This is not the case today. They have not invested in the product in several years. It is not customer friendly, really hard to pull reports and End Users need to be really fluent in running/pulling reports. The culture are FairWarning is cutthroat and back stabbing. This is encouraged by management. There is no on-boarding process or education around their product, but you have to pass numerous tests put together by management in order to meet company standards.

Cons

You must be motivated by big growth goals. Otherwise, this is not the place for you. Complacency will not be your friend. Change is inevitable and happens fairly frequently. This can be both good and bad depending on how you look at it.

New CEO has a clear growth message and has the software experience to achieve it. Management cares about your growth and success at all levels. Very young culture and a lot of excitement. Very smart people across the organization make it a fun and professionally challenging.

Cons

With high growth comes lots of constant change and evolution. You need to be nimble to be happy.
