I wanted to just quickly echo what is said in other reviews to support what has been reported about the culture of the company, the founder, the nepotism, and issues with different cultures and diversity. All true.
Turnover rate is really high which says everything you need to know, but there's more... Family members that work here receive special treatment. The founder is arrogant beyond belief, and what another reviewer said about you having to "answer to him" is accurate as he tests people making it feel like you're back in school. People wanting a healthy work-life balance are shamed. Recent college grads are exploited for low pay. Unless you're close to the family, you are discouraged from taking vacation and sometimes even prohibited from doing so if you haven't worked there long enough. And you wouldn't believe how diverse employees that don't behave in a particular expected way are treated... it's pretty atrocious.
Working here in my experience can be traumatic, especially if you're a POC. You have been warned.
