I have worked at FairWarning for a little less than a year and a half. First, I was not prompted, asked, or forced to write a review. Nor have I EVER heard of anyone being forced to write a review.
I absolutely love working for FairWarning. Hard work is rewarded and compensated. I have worked hard and maintained a positive attitude and in less than a year received a promotion. I have also received multiple raises. I feel that I am fairly compensated for my work. Additionally, I always feel valued, cared for and respected. I feel as if my work matters and is important to many people, which is fulfilling in itself. Management is always looking for ways to grow our team members through training and certifications. They also develop success plans for team members to lay a path for growth and higher achievement. The growth that I have experienced at FairWarning in a short period of time has been exceptional. I love coming to work each day and I truly enjoy being around the company of my coworkers. Negative reviews are honestly disheartening, as I know every member of my management team strives to ensure happiness and productivity among all team members.
Cons
If you do not want to work hard or have a negative attitude this is not the company for you. You need to take initiative and work hard if you want to be successful.
