Not sure what some of these people are on who post these good reviews. Place is not good to work. Some members of leadership are extremely helpful and great. While other lower level managers are just the opposite. Do not work here.

Cons

They are also listed as positives.

Pros

Great people, innovative products, owners very involved in daily operations. Teams are highly motivated. There are lots of smart, capable people to work with and learn from.

Cons

As is always true, there is some office politics to navigate, some cliques to avoid. They don't do yearly reviews & raises, so you can go a while without an increase if you don't bring it up to mgt. and fight for it.

I love my job! To be among such talented, driven, and smart people isn't an accident - It is the result of hard work, a great culture, a company committed to hiring the very best, people who genuinely care for one another, and a product that has real meaning and value to our customers. Everyone is passionate about what we do for each other and our amazing customers! People here are "real", approachable, supportive and genuinely fun to be around.

Cons

The Howard Franklin bridge and the Left Elevator! Oh, and the in-office massages and unlimited time off are a big drag too.
