      Liked most of my front-end coworkers while there.

      Cons

      While I worked there, management absolutely didn't support the front-end staff. Manager at the time used to work front desk and when we became super busy and were also chronically understaffed, she never offered to step in and help. Also, didn't support front end when patients became irate and out of control.
