      Great management team (at the moment). Pretty easy work. Learned a lot in current position. Great coworkers!

      It can be very repetitive and sometimes stressful. Can deal with difficult situations and not the nicest people.

      Pros

      Have a way with encouraging faithfulness. You really want to believe in this company. We have some very smart people on the teams.

      Cons

      A lot of people that hide under the radar, do nothing and get rewarded because they kiss up. Why they are still here...no one knows, we also have dirty management practices where managers talk badly very openly and in most cases for no reason against individuals to other individuals and managers which makes for a dirty practice when it comes to talent.
