Avoid the urgent care department and working in a leadership role in there as long as the current Urgent Care Manager, is still employed. By far the worst manager on this planet, very manipulative and fake person to work under. She will make your life miserable even if you do what she says. Goes behind everyone’s back to try to find out things you are doing wrong, especially subordinates and is completely inappropriate with the approach. She has caused 3 of 4 amazing supervisors to resign within 1 year and the 4th is on her way out also. If you are looking for a leadership role, try to stick with a specialty leadership position within the company if possible!
