Honestly, the only good thing were some of the employees. Things went downhill after Jeff let his son take over. He hasn't run the company in years.
Cons
The cons here are probably too many to list. They suck you in with decent pay, so it's hard to leave. But you'll walk into a mess that they expect you to clean up. You'll be expected to do a lot, either by yourself, or with very little help.
People get promoted on the buddy system. Not based on actual hard work.
When you consider all the issues, the pros do not count
Cons
Completely unorganized. There are to many toxic games being played, lies, and people who don't do the work who are allowed to because they are liked by management. There is less focus on the real reasons the work doesn't get completed and finding solutions. Part of the problem is that there isn't a manager traveling to the sites to ensure the work is getting completed. They rely on the managers to tell them, which isn't always truthful.
