The culture here is literally like one big family. Employees are paid more than a fair wage and are very much appreciated

Great healthcare, ridiculously awesome 401k matching, fantastic people, company culture is a breathe of fresh air

Seasonality in the industry sometimes creates a surge in work. (But you are paid hourly so you are compensated for any overtime)
