Pros
Easy work, decent pay… plenty of double time, free lunches on Thursday. Good people for the most part, clean and tidy facility
Cons
HR and such love to play favorites If you stand up to them at all, they will search for a reason to fire you I got put on a performance watch and was canned after 2 weeks of the 90 day plan (even though my performance was increasing) Don’t think that you matter, because they will chew you up and spit you out quicker than you think! Management is inhuman, follows protocol and has no empathy for their employees
