Pros
I love it here. The atmosphere is so friendly. Team lead is super nice. HR is pretty understanding.
Cons
There can be some drama on the distribution floor but that’s expected. The pay is pretty good. The only downfall is I wish we could pick our hours. Many companies offer 8-9 hour days allowing you to pick between certain hours, so they are lacking that flexibility. Also the benefits are okay. Vacation time is also be tweaked. If we call off sick we have to make the time up in that week or else we need to take a vacation day. Paid time off for mothers is 4 weeks. Great company. Just needs to review time off policies.
