Pros

- Lots of smart co-workers - Lots of challenging technology problems

Cons

- Some departments can be high-stress - Compensation policy is officially "at or near market" but is often experienced differently - You need to argue for your compensation increases

Pros

Work with amazing people! Flexible time. Good benefits. Opportunities to really grow.

Cons

Initiative–is a driving force, which is great, but can create an environment of people clamoring for attention. This can cause a contentious and stressful work environment at times. This can hinder getting things done.
