Pros

Faithlife values their employees, and reward for self-directed growth. Openness and honesty are held high among the Mangers. Employees are able to make decisions based on our company culture and not be stifled with many policies that make it hard to do the job. We do valuable work and have a very responsive customer base.

Cons

Feedback can be more often. Sometimes training is not as organized or structured.

Pros

Logos loves their employees. I feel cared for in every way - from small things like unlimited soda and espresso to one of the best benefits package available. I am in my 30's and have worked for several companies and have never been taken care of like this.

Cons

Since this is anonymous I have no reason to hold back. The truth is, though, I cannot think of a single con.

Pros

You get to use the software and you get free pop and they have really great employee parties. You get a lot of freedom to set your own work schedule. People are positive and there is a real faith vibe

Cons

Not enough time in the day to go to all the meetings, make all the calls and eat all the free food
