Pros

Small team, you get to know and work with most of the people within the company. They take your interests and other skills into account.

Cons

It is a mostly Christian community, and even tough they are really respectful of other religions you will stand out

Pros

I consistently feel supported and encouraged by my manager. Other employees are friendly and helpful. The benefits really are top-notch.

Cons

The salary for my role is below the market rate. I have presented evidence for this to no avail. There is no room to advance in my current role.

Pros

There are many caring people who work there.

Cons

It is a for profit, private equity firm owned business. And is run as such. Not a non profit charity.
