Pros

Awesome people. Lots of perks- coffee, juice and soda, company parties and events. Top tier medical plan. Open communication is encouraged. The CEO has regular meetings where anyone can ask any question, and he encourages employees to reach out to him if they have any questions or concerns. Encouragement to keep learning, growing, and improving your work. Lots of flexibility and empowerment in performing your work- we aren't micromanaged. Flexible scheduling for most employees. Employees get to be part of something meaningful- making products that impact the Christian world.

Cons

There are cultural differences among departments. Some don't feel the corporate values are being lived up to, and it leaves them with a very different perception and experience than others. Communication is always a struggle. Employees need to anticipate what and who else might be affected before moving ahead with something. This has improved, but still needs to get better.
