Pros
Before they brought in new managers, I was taught a lot of new skills that helped me going into this job.
Cons
New management was all about the bottom dollar. They would work staff to exhaustion and then blame the employees. With a desire to emulate flight nursing without the standards and regulations, they placed their nursing staff licenses in peril. Having an EMT overseeing nursing staff as management was far from ideal.
