Pros

Some of the things I love about working here is our fun and inviting office culture, good healthcare benefits (not great, but good), and as of late our new regional manager has put a focus on reinvesting in our crews, stations, and equipment.

Cons

Now with that said...We still use manual equipment (electric gurneys/ auto loaders have been the standard for 10 years now). Starting pay is good but AMR Seattle and Northwest Ambulance pay more to start. Reporting problems with the ambulances at the Snohomish County office will get you yelled at by the mechanic. Lastly, FNW's primary focus is interfacility transport. It gets boring fast.

Pros

Very dynamic work culture. One of the best companies offering work life balance.

Cons

Sometimes work pressure can get on you.
