A lot of OT so you could make more money Cool coworkers Get some cool calls occasionally

Cons

Dispatch will post you all night while another 24 hr car is asleep at their station Operation managers try to catch you doing wrong even when you’re innocent Not appreciated Instead of bonus’ they have bbq where they make burgers and hot dogs for employees, but not all of them get to go
