      Pros

      Literally best company I’ve worked for so far! The staff from chief down to EMT all are very approachable and want to help you learn. The protocols are dialed, the pay is competitive with raises by experience level/years of service, the union is great! I can’t complain at all I just hope they keep it up in this direction.

      Pros

      The company has a more in depth interview process which means the people you will work with are going to be able to carry their weight. There is a good deal of freedom given to you by dispatch and management. It’s not that hard and doesn’t take long to move up and work ALS or CCT shifts.

      Cons

      Some people feel that management doesn’t care about the employees because management and/or dispatch will definitely not hold your hand or hover to provide help. Freedom given can feel like apathy from dispatch.
