You are an independent RN able to find unique fixes to ongoing problems

Cons

There is not a lot of education and training. I wouldn't be surprised if the close their door or sell to another company inside the next couple years

Cons

-IFT 99%, Code 2 1% -We get paid minimum wage -We have high expectations -Lucky to have lunches -Small room for advancement
