It is very easy to pick up shifts and to work overtime whenever you need to.

Cons

The hours are tough to work and a lot of posting is involved.

Pros

Great company with great people to work with. I specifically work out of the Pacheco station and the manager (John) is great! Once you get to know everyone it feels like you are part of a family where everyone is looking out for each other.

Cons

The shifts are long and sometimes you do not get off on time so its hard to plan stuff after your shift. However, you do get 3-4 days off a week.
